Job Description
Please read before applying Blu Burrito is a new fast-casual Mexican restaurant opening soon in Fresno. Our concept is inspired by Chipotle, focusing on fresh ingredients, speed, consistency, and exceptional food quality. We're looking for an experienced cook to join our opening team. If you currently work at Chipotle or have previous Chipotle kitchen experience, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook meats, rice, beans, and other menu items
- Follow recipes and portion standards consistently
- Complete daily food prep and maintain ingredient quality
- Keep the kitchen clean, organized, and food-safe
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
- Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties Qualifications
- Current or previous Chipotle kitchen experience strongly preferred
- Experience in a high-volume restaurant kitchen
- Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- Ability to multitask and work well under pressure
- Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
- Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Pay & Benefits
- Starting at $18.00 per hour, depending on experience
