• Food Truck Crew (Hesperia / High Desert) That Mother Clucker is Hesperia's home of Nashville hot chicken.

Along with our Main St location, we run a food truck at events, festivals, and private caterings across the High Desert — and we're looking for a fry cook / truck crew member who can handle a fast, tight kitchen on wheels.

What You'll Do:

Fry and prep chicken tenders, sandwiches, and sides to spec — consistently and fast Work the fryers and line in a compact truck kitchen during heavy event rushes Follow recipes and portioning standards exactly Help load in, set up, break down, and clean the truck before and after each event Take orders and handle payments when needed Maintain food safety and sanitation standards at all times

What We're Looking For:

Kitchen experience required — fryers and a hot line Comfortable working in a small, hot, fast-moving space Must be available Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays Reliable transportation and ability to get to the truck or event site on time Reliable — you show up on time, every time Food Handler's Card (or ability to get one before start date) Good attitude and customer-facing presence — on the truck, you're the face of the business
