Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of Chinese BBQ dishes and noodle specialties with precision and consistency Follow established recipes and culinary techniques to ensure authentic flavors and presentation standards are met Operate kitchen equipment safely, including grills, woks, braising pots, poaching stations, and food preparation tools Maintain rigorous food safety and sanitizing procedures to ensure a clean and compliant kitchen environment Assist in menu planning by suggesting new dishes or modifications based on customer feedback and seasonal ingredients Manage high-volume food production efficiently during peak hours while maintaining quality standards Support the dietary department by adhering to dietary restrictions and special meal requests when applicable Experience Prior experience in food industry roles such as dietary aide, line cook, or culinary assistant is highly valued Demonstrated knowledge of food preparation techniques including braising, grilling, poaching, and food handling procedures Experience with fine dining or high-volume restaurant environments is preferred Strong knife skills and proficiency operating various kitchen equipment are essential Background in menu planning, recipe adherence, and food safety management will set candidates apart Familiarity with catering or large-scale meal preparation enhances your suitability for this role Proven ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail in food presentation and safety standards Join us to bring authentic Chinese flavors to life!
