Job Description
Kitsch + Sync, a brand-new family restaurant + indoor play space in downtown Novato, is hiring a Prep Cook to join our opening kitchen team.
We're looking for someone who wants consistent 30 40 hour weeks and can become a reliable core member of our BOH team.$17 $18/hour based on experience + pooled tips. Unlike many BOH positions, our kitchen team participates in the house tip pool, providing additional earnings on top of base pay.
Our menu is intentionally streamlined. This isn't a traditional high-pressure line-cook position we need someone who is fast, dependable, organized, comfortable with food prep and willing to jump in wherever needed.
