Position Overview We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and experienced Line Cook to join our kitchen team. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, excels on the chargrill and flat griddle, and takes pride in delivering high-quality, delicious meals quickly and consistently. Key Responsibilities Operate griddle, grill, and fryers to prepare burgers, chicken, breakfast burritos, and other menu items to recipe standards. Maintain speed and accuracy during high-volume breakfast, lunch, and dinner rushes. Keep the line, prep area, and kitchen clean, organized, and compliant with health and safety standards. Assist with basic prep work, restocking stations, and maintaining food quality. Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff to ensure smooth daily operations. Qualifications & Skills Previous experience as a cook in a high-volume quick-service (QSR) or casual restaurant environment required. Strong skills on the flat-top griddle (smash burgers, eggs, breakfast items, chicken). Strong work ethic, punctual, and reliable team player. Ability to multitask and maintain composure under pressure during busy rushes. Food Handler Certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
