Requirements / Qualifications Under the direction of the Nutrition Services Manager, candidate will perform a variety of duties in the operation of a snack bar facility, including preparation, heating, and serving of foods; candidate will maintain snack bar equipment and utensils, as well as serving and food preparation areas, in a clean and sanitary condition; candidate will provide work direction and training to student assistants.

Qualifications:

Candidate must be a high school graduate with two years of experience in quantity food preparation and service. Candidate must have the physical capacity to work effectively in a kitchen environment, which includes moderate lifting up to 40 pounds, standing and walking for extended periods of time, dexterity of hands and fingers, in addition to carrying, pushing, pulling, bending, and reaching above the shoulders and horizontally. Sanitation Certificate is required. Must pass ServSafe certification.
