Assist with food preparation tasks such as chopping, slicing, marinating, and portioning ingredients to streamline kitchen operations. Maintain strict adherence to food safety and sanitation guidelines, including proper handling, storage, and labeling of ingredients. Support the kitchen team during busy service periods by efficiently managing multiple orders and maintaining a clean workstation. Collaborate with chefs and kitchen staff on menu planning ideas, ingredient substitutions, and special dietary requests. Ensure all food is cooked to the correct temperature and presented attractively before serving.
