Duties Prepare and cook menu items according to standardized recipes, ensuring consistency and quality in every dish Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including ovens, grills, fryers, and food processors Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety standards and sanitation protocols Handle food safely by following proper food handling procedures, including slicing techniques and knife skills Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and ensure timely service Experience Previous experience in a food service environment, such as restaurant or catering settings, is required Strong understanding of food safety management and safety standards in production environments Proven skills in food preparation, cooking techniques, and operating various kitchen equipment Experience with menu planning, recipe adherence, and meal preparation processes Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with kitchen staff and serving teams Demonstrated ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety

Pay:

$17.50 - $21.50 per hour
