About Us M&P Concessions operates high-volume restaurants and catering programs serving golf courses, tournaments, and large private events. Our kitchens are fast-paced, organized, and team-driven, focused on producing quality food consistently during busy service periods. We are currently opening a new location in the Evergreen area and are building our kitchen team. Due to the nature of this project, the exact location will be shared during the interview process. Position Overview We are seeking reliable, hardworking line cooks who are comfortable working in a high-volume kitchen and can maintain consistency and speed during service. This role also supports catering and event production throughout the season. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards Set up and stock stations for service Maintain cleanliness and organization of work areas Follow food safety and sanitation procedures Assist with prep and production for events, tournaments, and catering Work as part of a team to keep service running smoothly Qualifications Previous line cook or kitchen experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Strong work ethic and reliability Ability to follow recipes and instructions Food Safety certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Schedule Full-time and part-time positions available Evenings, weekends, and events required Seasonal peaks during tournament and event season Pay Competitive hourly pay based on experience.

Pay:

$20.00 - $27.92 per hour
