Essential Duties & Responsibilities Minimum Qualifications High school graduate or equivalent required within two years of hire . Additional education from technical school specializing in hotel, restaurant or institutional cooking (is preferred). Minimum of one year of institutional cooking experience. Ability to read/write/speak in English.
