We are a busy, fine dining restaurant serving house-made pastas, fresh seafood, premium wood-fired steaks, and seasonal Italian-inspired cuisine.

What We're Looking For:

Prior line cook experience required Strong sauté, grill, and/or pantry skills Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen Dependable, organized, and able to maintain a clean station Strong attention to quality, consistency, and presentation Able to work well as part of a professional kitchen team Minimum Friday and Saturday evening, Holiday and one weekday availability required If you are ready to start asap, send resume
