We are seeking a skilled and dependable Line Cook to join our professional culinary team. If you take pride in your craft, thrive in a fast-paced kitchen, and want to grow in a restaurant focused on quality and tradition, we'd love to speak with you. Responsibilities Prepare and execute menu items with accuracy and consistency Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient station throughout service Assist with daily prep, proper storage, labeling, and rotation Plate dishes according to established presentation standards Follow food safety, sanitation, and handling guidelines at all times Communicate effectively with the kitchen team and leadership Qualifications 4+ years of professional kitchen experience preferred Fine dining or upscale Italian cuisine experience strongly preferred Strong knife skills and understanding of culinary techniques Ability to follow recipes and maintain portion and quality control Dependable, punctual, and able to work nights, weekends, and holidays Passion for food, teamwork, and continuous improvement Grill experience preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive hourly rate: $22-$27/hour (based on skill and experience) Opportunities for advancement and cross-training Employee meals and staff incentives Supportive leadership and a respectful, professional work culture How to Apply Send you resume via indeed or call the restaurant.
