EXPERIENCED

, skilled, and passionate Line Cook. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with a solid experience in a fast-paced, high volume kitchen environment. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and standards Assist in menu planning and development to enhance the dining experience Ensure proper food handling and safety practices are followed at all times Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, including equipment and utensils Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and communicate needs to management Uphold high standards of culinary excellence in food presentation and taste Requirements Proven experience as a Line Cook in a high volume restaurant ! Strong culinary skills with knowledge of cooking techniques and food preparation Excellent knife skills and ability to work with various kitchen equipment Understanding of food safety regulations and best practices in food handling Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail Strong teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively within the kitchen staff Weekend availability is a must!
