Job Overview We are looking for an experienced Pizza Maker who understands dough fermentation process, works confidently with high-temperature pizza ovens, and takes pride in producing consistent, high-quality pizzas. As we operate from a mobile pizza trailer, the ideal candidate is organized, dependable, maintains a clean and sanitary workspace, and works well as part of a small, fast-paced team. Requirements & Responsibilities Minimum 1 year of experience making pizza and stretching dough by hand. Experience with high-temperature pizza ovens (wood-fired, gas, or stone-deck) preferred. Strong understanding of dough handling, fermentation, baking, and pizza preparation. Prepare, bake, and finish pizzas according to company recipes and quality standards. Prep and portion ingredients; assist with dough preparation and storage as needed. Monitor oven temperatures and manage multiple orders while maintaining speed and quality. Keep the pizza station stocked, organized, clean, and sanitized at all times. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cross-contamination procedures. Communicate effectively with team members and assist wherever needed. Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with strong time-management skills. Reliable transportation and ability to travel to events throughout the Tampa Bay area. Food Handler or ServSafe certification preferred (or willingness to obtain). Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 40 lbs. Must wear closed-toe, slip-resistant shoes. Dependable, punctual, team-oriented, and committed to producing high-quality pizzas consistently.

Pay:

$20.00 - $22.00 per hour
