Rossi Np Llc is looking for a passionate and skilled Italian Sauté Cook to join their kitchen team in New Port Richey, FL! Responsibilities:

sauté station duties with speed and precision during service Prepare authentic Italian sauces, pastas, proteins, and sautéed dishes to order Maintain proper mise en place and station organization throughout each shift Follow recipes, plating standards, and portion control guidelines consistently Collaborate with kitchen team to ensure smooth, timely ticket flow Monitor food quality, freshness, and proper storage of ingredients Adhere to food safety, sanitation, and health code standards at all times

Requirements:

Previous experience as a sauté cook or line cook, preferably in an Italian kitchen Strong knowledge of Italian cuisine, sauces, and cooking techniques Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced kitchen environment Solid understanding of food safety and sanitation practices Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player Ability to stand for extended periods and work in a hot kitchen environment Food Handler certification or ServSafe preferred
