Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and portion ingredients according to recipes and established portion sizes. Assist chefs and other kitchen staff with food preparation and daily kitchen tasks. Follow food presentation and quality standards. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and food preparation area. Follow all ServSafe and food safety regulations and procedures. Work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Assist with short-order cooking and other kitchen duties as needed.

Part-Time Shift:

8:00 AM-4:00 PM Must be available to work assigned shifts and maintain reliable attendance.

Requirements:

Current ServSafe Certification required. Previous short-order or line cook experience preferred. Ability to stand for extended periods during the shift. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment. Dependable, punctual, and team oriented.
