405 Luxe Staffing Solutions is currently hiring a Part-Time Bistro Cook for one of our Courtyard by Marriott hotel partners . This is a 1099 independent contractor position through our staffing agency. We are looking for a dependable and experienced cook who is comfortable working in a hotel Bistro environment. The primary focus of this position is cooking and food preparation , so candidates must have previous kitchen experience and be able to prepare menu items consistently, safely, and efficiently with minimal training. Responsibilities Prepare and cook Bistro menu items according to Marriott recipes, portions, and presentation standards. Handle food preparation, including prepping ingredients and setting up the kitchen for service. Cook guest orders accurately and in a timely manner during PM Bistro service. Ensure all food is cooked to proper temperatures and meets quality standards before being served. Follow recipes, portion guidelines, and plating standards consistently. Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary kitchen and cooking station throughout the shift. Properly label, date, rotate, and store food products. Monitor food inventory and communicate items that need to be restocked or ordered. Complete opening, closing, and kitchen cleaning duties. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and HACCP procedures. Assist with guest orders and Bistro service when needed. Work closely with Bistro and hotel team members to ensure smooth evening operations. Requirements Previous cooking or kitchen experience is

Experience working as a Bistro Cook, Line Cook, Hotel Cook, or Restaurant Cook is strongly preferred. Hotel food & beverage experience is preferred. Courtyard by Marriott or Marriott Bistro experience is a plus. Must be comfortable preparing multiple food orders during busy service periods. Knowledge of proper food temperatures, food handling, sanitation, and kitchen safety. Ability to follow standardized recipes and portion guidelines. Dependable and able to work independently with minimal supervision. Professional appearance and positive attitude. Reliable transportation. Must be available for AM/PM including some weekends and holidays. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
