Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have experience in meal preparation and a passion for creating delicious dishes in a restaurant setting.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook menu items in compliance with established recipes and standards
• Assist with menu planning and development
• Ensure food preparation meets quality standards
• Collaborate with the culinary team to provide exceptional dining experiences
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Help with inventory management and ordering supplies as needed

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant culinary position
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Culinary degree or certification is a plus
• Experience in fine dining or restaurant settings preferred
• Ability to work well with knives and kitchen tools
• Understanding of dietary department operations is beneficial
