Responsibilities Prepare ingredients and assemble dishes according to established recipes and menu specifications Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including knives, ovens, stoves, and food prep tools Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering to food safety standards and sanitation protocols Assist in meal preparation for service periods, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality food Support the culinary team with food handling, portion control, and presentation to meet quality expectations Follow safety procedures diligently during food production to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate tasks, manage workflow, and uphold a positive team environment Qualifications Previous experience in a food service environment such as restaurants, catering, or dietary departments is highly desirable but we will train the right candidate!
