The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation, kitchen operations, and ensuring food safety standards are met. If you are passionate about cooking and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, we want to hear from you. Responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including washing, peeling, and chopping
• Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the kitchen staff
• Follow recipes and presentation specifications
• Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently
• Maintain a clean and sanitary workspace at all times
• Ensure all food and other items are stored properly
• Cross train to handle any station (pizza, grill, fryer, dish) Skills
• Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant role
• Bonus to those with Neapolitan-style pizza experience
• Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures
• Understanding of food safety practices
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Excellent time management skills

Pay:
