Hotshots Sports Bar & Grill in Edwardsville, IL, is looking for a skilled and motivated Cook to join our team! If you thrive in a fast-paced, fun, and team-oriented environment, we want you. As a Cook, you'll play a critical role in delivering the delicious food that keeps our customers coming back.

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook menu items according to Hotshots' recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen, including food prep areas, equipment, and utensils. Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a clean and safe kitchen environment. Assist in managing inventory and food storage. Communicate effectively with front-of-house staff to ensure timely food delivery. Collaborate with the kitchen team to maintain consistency, speed, and quality during busy shifts. Perform other kitchen duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

Previous cooking or kitchen experience preferred but not required; we will train the right candidate. Ability to work in a high-energy, fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and commitment to food quality. Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
