Full Job Description Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook funnel cakes according to established recipes and quality standards
• Operate kitchen equipment such as deep fryers and batter dispensers
• Ensure all food preparation meets food safety regulations
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Provide excellent customer service by serving freshly made funnel cakes with a smile
• Assist with catering orders and special events as needed

Experience:

• Previous experience in food production, preferably in a restaurant or food industry setting
• Knowledge of food preparation techniques, including baking and frying
• Familiarity with kitchen operations and equipment
• Understanding of food safety practices and regulations
