Job Description

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook meals according to the menu and dietary requirements
Collaborate with the dietary department to ensure meals are prepared on time and meet quality standards
Ensure proper food handling and storage procedures are followed
Maintain a clean and organized kitchen area
Monitor inventory levels and communicate any shortages or needs to the appropriate personnel

Requirements:

Prior food service experience helpful, but not required
Ability to follow recipes and dietary guidelines
Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
