Responsibilities:

Operate the sauté station during service with speed and accuracy Prep fresh ingredients daily Maintain a clean, organized workstation Follow recipes and plating standards Work collaboratively with the chef and kitchen team

Qualifications:

Prior line cook or sauté experience preferred Strong knife skills Ability to multitask under pressure Dependable, punctual, and team‑oriented
