Duties Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards, ensuring consistency and freshness. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including fryers, grills, ovens, and food prep tools. Manage customer orders accurately using POS (Point of Sale) systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring quick and correct processing of transactions. Handle cash register operations, process cash and card payments, and give accurate change while maintaining accountability. Provide friendly customer service by taking orders, upselling menu items, and addressing customer inquiries with enthusiasm. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the workspace by following food safety protocols, sanitation standards, and proper food handling procedures. Assist in inventory management by restocking supplies, monitoring food safety practices, and ensuring the kitchen remains organized and hygienic. Skills Proven experience in food preparation and food service operations within quick service or fast food restaurants. Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS for retail sales transactions and order management. Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during busy hours. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to upsell menu items confidently while maintaining a positive attitude. Knowledge of food safety standards, sanitation practices, and proper handling of kitchen equipment. Basic math skills for processing cash transactions accurately and managing sales records.
