Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items with skill and consistency, with a focus on food presentation & cleanliness. Follow recipes, portion controls, and presentation standards to ensure quality and customer satisfaction. Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations, adhering strictly to food safety and sanitation guidelines. Assist in menu planning by providing input on ingredient selection and preparation techniques. Handle food safely during preparation, cooking, and storage to prevent contamination or spoilage. Support the team during busy service periods by efficiently managing multiple orders while maintaining quality standards. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of dishes to guests. Qualifications Demonstrated culinary experience with a focus on food preparation, cooking, and food handling in a restaurant or catering environment. Strong knife skills and proficiency in meal preparation techniques. Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively within a fast-paced kitchen environment.

Pay:
