About Us We're a busy breakfast and lunch café serving fresh, made-to-order food to our community. Our doors are open to customers from 7:00 AM to 2:30 PM, and we serve our full breakfast and lunch menu all day. We also handle catering orders, so no two days look the same. About the Role We're hiring an experienced Line Cook / Prep Cook who can hit the ground running on a fast-paced breakfast and lunch line. You'll be responsible for prepping ingredients, cooking to order, and helping us deliver consistent, high-quality food every shift. We're a tight team, so we're looking for someone who's coachable, dependable, and takes pride in their work. What You'll Do Prep ingredients before service (chopping, portioning, sauces, batters, etc.) Cook breakfast items: breakfast burritos, breakfast sandwiches, breakfast plates, pancakes, waffles, and eggs to order Prepare lunch items: sandwiches, paninis, salads, and other menu items Support catering orders alongside regular service Keep your station clean, stocked, and organized throughout the shift Follow all food safety, sanitation, and ServSafe standards Communicate clearly with the team during service Help with opening and/or closing duties as needed What We're Looking For 1+ year of line cook or prep cook experience (breakfast/brunch experience is a big plus) Available between 6:00 AM and 3:00 PM Comfortable working a flat-top, grill, and sandwich station Strong sense of urgency and ability to multitask during rushes Coachable attitude — open to feedback and willing to learn our way of doing things Reliable, punctual, and a team player Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 40 lbs ServSafe / Allergen Awareness certification preferred (or willingness to obtain) Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Pay:

$19.00 - $20.00 per hour
