• Duties
• Ideal candidate will be able to confidently run the line in head chef's absence. We are looking for someone who is already comfortable on fry, grill and sautee.
• o Stocking and set up of kitchen stations o Preparing food including including cleaning and cutting the ingredients and cooking main dishes, desserts, appetizers and snacks o Plating prepared foods based on head and sous chefs' guidance o Working with front of house staff to ensure that orders are completed according to request and on time.

o Washing and cleaning kitchen and cooking utensils and storing equipment at the end of shifts o Ensuring that the kitchen operation procedures and hygiene meet food safety standards and regulations

Qualifications:

o 1+ Years of experience cooking in a professional kitchen o Serve safe certification a plus but not required. o Ability to work as part of a team o Strong organization skills and ability to follow directions o Good time management skills

• Requirements o Must have reliable transportation o Day, night and some holiday availability (both weekday and weekend) a must o Ability to work on feet for long stretches o Ability to lift up to 50 lbs o Reliable and punctual
