The ideal candidate will have a passion for cooking and a strong understanding of food safety and service standards. As a Grill Cook, you will play a vital role in preparing high-quality meals in a fast-paced kitchen environment, ensuring that every dish meets our standards of excellence. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of grilled items, including, eggs, meats, vegetables, according to established recipes and presentation standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the grill station and surrounding kitchen areas. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to coordinate meal preparation and service during peak hours. Provide exceptional service by ensuring that all dishes are served promptly and meet quality expectations. Skills Proven experience as a cook in the food industry. Ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with kitchen staff. Passion for cooking and willingness to learn new techniques and recipes within the kitchen environment.
