Job Summary We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in food preparation and cooking, with restaurant experience and a commitment to food safety and quality. As a Line Cook, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive exceptional meals that meet our high standards. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area, adhering to food safety regulations. Handle food items safely and efficiently, ensuring proper storage. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely service during peak hours. Monitor inventory levels of food supplies and report any shortages or needs to management. Participate in weekly set up and break down of our kitchen . Preparing food in an efficient manner that ensure high quality while following all health department guidelines. Requirements Proven experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within the food industry. Strong culinary skills, including proficiency in cooking techniques and knife skills. Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling procedures. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well within a team setting. Friday availability. We are primarily looking for a chef to work Fridays plus additional shifts on the weekend as needed.
