Pay:

Based entirely on your expertise - Prove your sear, set your rate. Must love high-volume, fast-paced service & keeping the grill spotless. Duties Prepare and cook signature smash burgers and other menu items according to established recipes and quality standards Operate various kitchen equipment such as grills, fryers, ovens, and food prep stations efficiently and safely Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of all food preparation areas following food safety sanitizing procedures Assist with menu planning by suggesting new ideas and ensuring consistency in food presentation and flavor profiles Handle food production tasks including grilling, braising, poaching, and food handling with precision and care Ensure adherence to recipe guidelines and portion control for high-volume meal preparation Support the dietary department by understanding dietary restrictions and preparing meals accordingly Maintain inventory levels of ingredients and supplies, notifying management of shortages or issues Follow all food safety management protocols to prevent contamination and ensure a safe dining environment Experience Minimum 1 years experience in flipping smash burgers

Pay:

$15.00 - $22.00 per hour
