We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Line Cook to join our Barbecue Team. As a Line Cook you will be responsible for assisting with meal preparation, menu planning, and ensuring the smooth operation of the kitchen, your station and the teams overall success.

Duties:

• Prepare and cook food items according to recipes and quality standards
• Desire to learn and grow as a cook and good human
• Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely and efficient service
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Assist with inventory management and stock rotation
• Adhere to all dietary restrictions and special requests
• Assist with catering events.

We do a lot of catering!!!

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Line Cook in a restaurant or similar setting
• We desire good humans that will grow with our company
• Strong culinary skills and knowledge of various cooking techniques
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Solid knife skills and attention to detail
• Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper sanitation practices
• Ability to work well within a team and communicate effectively with colleagues
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
