Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Grill Cook/Prep Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality dishes with precision and efficiency, ensuring that every plate meets our standards for flavor, presentation, and safety. Responsibilities Prepare and cook a variety of menu items with a focus on grilling, and food production techniques. Operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently, including grills, ovens, fryers, and food prep tools. Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations in compliance with food safety sanitizing procedures. Requirements Previous experience in a food service environment is highly preferred. Demonstrated skills in food preparation, knife handling, and cooking techniques such as grilling. Knowledge of food safety sanitizing procedures and food handling regulations is essential. Ability to operate kitchen equipment safely and efficiently under pressure. Strong understanding of recipe adherence, menu planning, and food industry standards. Pay:
