Job Description

When pigs fly restaurant is a year round fast paced busy restaurant. We are seeking a full time pizza maker/ cook. Hours must Include nights & weekends. We are looking for a skilled Pizza Maker to prepare high-quality pizzas according to customer's orders. The responsibilities include opening pizza dough, preparing & cooking ingredients to be used as toppings, expediting, operating wood fired ovens, line work, maintaining quality, manage a small team, closing & opening duties, sanitation, communication & more.
