Responsibilities Operate the cash register (POS system) accurately to process retail sales transactions, including cash, credit/debit cards, and mobile payments Provide excellent customer service by greeting shoppers, answering questions, and assisting with product inquiries or demos Handle cash drawer operations with precision, ensuring proper cash handling and balancing at shift end Upsell products and promote store promotions to enhance sales and improve customer experience Stock shelves, organize displays, and assist with merchandising to maintain an attractive store environment Support inventory management through stocking and product replenishment efforts Maintain inside and front clean Requirements No experience needed Will train Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as stocking shelves or assisting customers Demonstrated supervising experience or leadership skills in retail environments is a plus Ability to perform basic math accurately for cash handling and retail math calculation Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and approachable demeanor Join us to deliver outstanding shopping experiences while developing your skills in retail sales, cashiering, and customer engagement!
