Job Description

Part-Time Kitchen Staff (Cook) Green Acres - Fremont, MI Do you have the passion and heart to serve the elderly? Then join a company that truly values its employees and residents. Green Acres , an assisted living facility in Fremont, is seeking a Part-Time Kitchen Staff Member to work 2pm-8pm help prepare nutritious, great-tasting meals and snacks for our residents.

Position Details:

Schedule:

Part-time, 20 per pay period

Shift:

2pm-8pm

Pay:

$16.00 per hour

Rotation:

Every other weekend & holiday rotation

Requirements:

Must be at least 18 years old Must pass a background check Must have cooking experience Experience with batch cooking from scratch strongly preferred

Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook meals and snacks according to menus and dietary guidelines Perform batch cooking and scratch cooking as needed Maintain a clean, safe, and organized kitchen environment Follow all food safety and sanitation standards Contribute to a positive dining experience for residents If you truly want to make a difference, we want you on our team!
