Job Summary The Prep Cook plays a critical role in ensuring consistency, freshness, and quality across all menu items. This position is responsible for executing daily prep tasks efficiently and accurately, maintaining food safety standards, and supporting the kitchen team to ensure smooth service. Both full-time and part-time positions are available, with pay based on experience. Key Responsibilities Follow the daily prep list and complete tasks with consistency and speed Properly prep, portion, label, and store food items according to specifications Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary workstation Safely handle, clean, and operate prep equipment such as slicers and mixers Follow all food safety, rotation, and storage procedures Assist with dish and cleaning duties during slower periods Support other kitchen team members to maintain efficient shift flow Take ownership of prep quality and readiness for service Qualifications Must be at least 18 years old 6+ months of back-of-house experience preferred Strong knife skills and understanding of food safety practices Ability to stand, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout the shift Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented Availability to work nights and weekends Ability to follow uniform and safety standards Crew Benefits Weekly Pay 401(k) with employer matching Health, dental, and vision insurance Employee discount Paid Time Off
