This role is ideal for individuals passionate about food preparation, cooking, and maintaining high standards in a fast-paced kitchen environment. The successful candidate will be committed to producing quality dishes, adhering to recipes, and ensuring food safety standards are met. We value genuine talent eager to grow and elevate their culinary skills without shortcuts. Duties Operate various kitchen equipment safely and efficiently to prepare ingredients and cook dishes. Follow established recipes meticulously to ensure consistency and quality in every dish. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to coordinate food preparation and service. Assist in food preparation tasks such as slicing, cutting, and portioning ingredients using proper techniques. Prepare food items according to safety standards, including proper handling, storage, and sanitation practices. Cook menu items with attention to detail, presentation, and timing to meet service demands. Maintain cleanliness of workstations, utensils, and equipment through regular cleaning routines. Support the overall flow of kitchen operations by adhering to safety standards during production and service. Experience Prior food service experience is preferred, especially in roles involving food preparation and cooking. Familiarity with operating kitchen equipment and food safety management practices is essential. Experience with slicing techniques and recipe adherence will be highly valued. Candidates should demonstrate a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a desire for professional growth within the culinary field. Pay:
$17.00 - $23.00 per hour Expected hours: 16.0 per week
