Job Description
Job Overview We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Cook to join our team. The Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to established recipes and quality standards. This position plays a key role in ensuring food is prepared safely, efficiently, and consistently while maintaining a clean and organized kitchen environment. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to recipes and specifications. Ensure food quality, presentation, and consistency meet company standards. Assist with food preparation and ingredient setup for daily operations. Maintain cleanliness and organization of kitchen and workstations. Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health department regulations. Monitor inventory levels and notify management of supply needs. Work collaboratively with kitchen and front-of-house staff. Assist with opening and closing kitchen duties. Requirements Previous cooking or food service experience is preferred but not required. Knowledge of basic food preparation techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. Strong organizational and time management skills. Ability to follow recipes and instructions accurately. Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented. Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds.
