We have a new look, remodeled with a larger restaurant and new kitchen. We are growing daily in staff and customers. ```Job Summary``` We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team at Kay Jays Irish Pub. As a Line Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals according to our recipes, guidelines, menu and orders. ```Duties```

• Prepare ingredients for cooking, including chopping vegetables, cutting meat, and gathering spices
• Cook food items on the line during service hours
• Follow recipes and portion control guidelines to ensure consistency in taste and presentation
• Ensure food is cooked and served at the correct temperature
• Maintain a clean and organized work station
• Assist with food preparation tasks as needed
• Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure smooth operation of the kitchen ```Requirements```
• Previous experience working in the food industry, preferably in a restaurant setting
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
• Proficiency in using knives and other kitchen equipment
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
