This role requires confidence cooking omelettes and eggs, running an egg/sauté station, and keeping up during busy rushes. Responsibilities Cook omelettes, eggs, waffles, toast, and breakfast items to order Run the egg/sauté station independently during service Prepare salads and cold items Maintain speed, consistency, and clean station standards Requirements Strong experience cooking eggs and omelettes Ability to handle multiple tickets at once Fast, organized, and reliable Comfortable in a high-volume kitchen Daytime hours only. Training provided, but solid egg fundamentals are required.
