This position is ideal for someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and can help prepare hot food quickly and consistently. You will primarily be responsible for cooking hamburgers, operating commercial fryers, and preparing pizzas . These are seasonal positions primarily for the month of October , with weekday and weekend shifts available. Responsibilities As a Seasonal Line Cook / Fry Cook, you may be responsible for: Cooking hamburgers and other grilled items Operating commercial deep fryers Preparing and cooking pizzas Preparing fries, chicken tenders, and other concession foods Following proper cooking times and food temperatures Keeping food stocked and ready during busy periods Preparing and restocking ingredients throughout your shift Keeping grills, fryers, prep areas, and kitchen equipment clean Following food safety and sanitation procedures Helping open and close the kitchen Working with the kitchen team to keep orders moving quickly and accurately What We're Looking For We are looking for team members who are: Dependable and punctual Comfortable working around grills, fryers, ovens, and other hot kitchen equipment Able to work quickly in a busy environment Able to stay organized during high-volume periods Comfortable standing for extended periods Able to work well as part of a team Willing to keep their work area clean and organized throughout the shift Able to follow directions, recipes, and food safety procedures Previous restaurant, line cook, fry cook, grill cook, pizza, or kitchen experience is preferred, but we are willing to train dependable applicants with a strong work ethic. Seasonal Schedule These positions are primarily for the month of October , which is our busiest time of year. We need team members for both weekdays and weekends , and we are especially interested in applicants who have weekday availability during October . Applicants with flexible availability who can work both weekdays and weekends may have the opportunity for additional hours.
