Weekend mornings required! We are seeking a skilled and passionate Line Cook to join our culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in meal preparation and food safety, with experience in a restaurant or fine dining environment. As a Line Cook, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our kitchen operates smoothly and efficiently while delivering high-quality dishes to our guests. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to established recipes and standards. Ensure all food is prepared in compliance with food safety regulations and guidelines. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen workspace, including proper storage of food items. Collaborate with other kitchen staff to ensure timely meal service and assist where needed. Operate kitchen equipment safely and effectively, including knives and cooking appliances. Monitor inventory levels and assist with ordering supplies as necessary. Experience Previous experience as a Line Cook or in a similar role within a restaurant or fine dining setting is

REQUIRED.

Knowledge of food safety practices and regulations is essential. Familiarity with meal preparation techniques and dietary aide responsibilities is a plus. Strong knife skills and proficiency in various cooking methods are required. Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
