Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook a variety of meals, including breakfast, lunch, and dinner, for our residents Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, adhering to established food safety and sanitation standards Collaborate with our dietary team to plan and implement meal programs, taking into account resident preferences and dietary needs order and receive food and supplies, accurately managing inventory and minimizing waste Ensure that all food is prepared and served in a timely and efficient manner Maintain accurate records of food preparation, inventory, and production

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent required Previous experience in a healthcare or food service setting preferred Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on quality and attention to detail Ability to lift, push, and pull heavy objects, as well as stand for long periods of time Strong communication and teamwork skills
