Job Description

BASIC DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

 Prepare all food products for the Steakhouse and other areas as directed.  Assist in monitoring products in freezer, walk-ins, and storerooms to ensure freshness, rotation and availability.  Assist in quality control of prepared food items.  Assist in the buffet to monitor food items.  Maintain high sanitation standards.  Other duties as assigned.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

(SKILLS/EXPERIENCE/EDUCATION):  Demonstrate the ability to work well as a team player.  Must be able to interact with guests and fellow team members professionally and courteously.  Ability to promote a positive and professional image of Fitzgerald Casino Hotel to all patrons and guests.  Prior cooking experience needed.
