What You'll Do Craft Great Food:

Prepare and cook menu items from scratch, following our house recipes and quality standards. Master the

Work efficiently within our galley layout, maintaining an organized station and a "clean-as-you-go" mindset.

Short-Order Cooking:

Handle orders with care and consistency during our lunch and dinner rushes.

Collaborate:

Work closely with both FOH and BOH teams to keep the kitchen running smoothly and the atmosphere positive.
