We're looking for someone who can work efficiently in a fast-paced breakfast and lunch restaurant while maintaining quality and consistency. Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to restaurant standards Work the grill, flat-top, fryer, and other kitchen stations as needed Follow recipes, portion sizes, and food-safety guidelines Keep the kitchen, equipment, and work areas clean and organized Complete food prep and restocking throughout the shift Communicate effectively with servers and other kitchen staff Work efficiently during busy breakfast and lunch rushes Maintain consistent food quality and presentation Follow proper food handling and sanitation procedures Assist with other kitchen duties as needed Requirements Previous restaurant or cooking experience preferred Ability to work in a fast-paced environment Reliable and punctual Good communication and teamwork skills Able to stand for extended periods and lift/move kitchen supplies as needed Must be available to work weekends Apply today to join the Wake Up & Eat team!
