Line Cook - Full Time Magnolia Greens Golf Club | Leland, North Carolina $16-$19 per hour Magnolia Greens Golf Club, part of the Heritage Golf Group portfolio, is seeking a dependable and motivated full-time Line Cook to join our culinary team. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen environment and takes pride in preparing quality food for members and guests. The Line Cook will work closely with the Executive Chef and culinary team to prepare menu items, support daily kitchen operations, and maintain a clean, organized, and efficient workspace. Key Responsibilities Prepare and cook menu items according to club recipes and standards Set up and maintain an organized workstation throughout each shift Ensure food is prepared consistently and presented to established standards Follow proper food handling, sanitation, and safety procedures Assist with prep work, portioning, and stocking as needed Properly label, date, rotate, and store food products Maintain cleanliness of kitchen equipment, work areas, and storage spaces Communicate and work effectively with other members of the culinary and Food & Beverage teams Assist with dining service, events, banquets, and other club functions as needed Perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications Previous restaurant or kitchen experience preferred Basic knowledge of food preparation and kitchen safety Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented Strong attention to quality and cleanliness Ability to stand for extended periods and perform the physical requirements of the position Must be available to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Pay:

$16.00 - $19.00 per hour
