Job Description

We are looking for candidates who have at least 1-2 years of kitchen experience as a line cook, grill cook, and expediter. We need candidates who thrive in a kitchen environment and are committed to being a teamplayer.

Knowledge of:

operating fryers, grills, ovens, prepping food, cleaning protocols, and managing their time in a productive way as to benefit not only themselves, but their fellow teammates and the business as well.

Our hours are:

Mon- Closed, Wed-Th 5pm-8:30pm, Fri-Sat 5pm-9:00pm, Sun 12pm-8:00pm. Summer hours we closed at 9pm each night.
