This position is Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 4:00 PM , making it a great opportunity for someone looking for full-time hours without working evenings or weekends. In this role, you'll help prepare our fresh dough, make pizzas with care, and work alongside a great team in a fast-paced, family-friendly restaurant. Responsibilities Prepare fresh pizza dough according to our recipes and standards Roll out dough using our dough sheeter Build pizzas according to The Dough Shed's recipes and quality standards Prepare fresh toppings and ingredients as needed Monitor food quality to ensure every pizza meets our standards Keep your work area clean, organized, and fully stocked throughout your shift Follow food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times Work efficiently with the kitchen team during busy lunch, dinner, and weekend shifts Assist with kitchen prep, cleaning, and closing duties as needed Qualifications Dependable with excellent attendance Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team Attention to detail and pride in producing quality food Able to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 pounds Previous kitchen or pizza-making experience is a plus, but we're happy to train the right person Availability to work a variety of shifts, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays Why Join Our Team?
